诸城外贸有限责任公司自1975年成立以来，乘借改革开放的东风，艰苦创业，锐意进取，创立了“贸工农一体化，产加销一条龙”的经营模式，在全国率先实施农业产业化经营。

Zhucheng Waimao Co., Ltd. was founded in 1975. With the reform and opening-up policy of China, people of the company worked hard with enterprising spirit and created the business mode of “the integration of trade, industry and agriculture and the coordinated management of production, supply and sale”, thus became the first one through China to implement agricultural industrialization.

经过36年的发展，公司现已形成良种繁育、食品生产、粮油加工、色素提炼、包装生产、饲料加工等六大主导产业，年繁育父母代种鸡500万套、商品代鸡雏1亿只、商品代鸭雏3000万只、肉仔兔100万只，年产饲料100万吨，年加工各类熟食品10万吨，年产玉米淀粉240万吨、变性淀粉30万吨、淀粉糖70万吨、肌醇2500吨，色素提炼达到年产2亿克的能力。公司“尽美”商标和“兴贸”商标先后被国家工商总局认定为中国驰名商标。

After 36 years of development, 6 pillar industries including breed, food production, grain and oil processing, pigment extract, packaging manufacturing and feed processing have been formed. Annual breeding 5 million parent breeders, 100 million broiler chicks, 30 million ducklings and 1 million meat rabbits, with annual output of 1 million tons of feed meal, 100 kilotons of various fully cooked products, 2.4 million tons of corn flour, 300 kilotons of modified starch, 700 kilotons of starch sugar, 2500 tons of inositol and the capacity of 200 million grams of pigment extraction per year. The trademark of “DELICATE” and “XINGMAO” have been identified as Chinese famous trademark by SAIC.

2010年公司实现销售收入86.6亿元，利税2.83亿元，出口创汇1.25亿美元；通过大力扶持农民发展畜禽饲养基地、规模化种植基地，公司带动了百万户农民致富，2010年向农村投放收购资金53亿元，为农民增加收入近6亿元。

In 2010, Zhucheng Waimao Co., Ltd. achieved sales revenue of RMB 8,660 million, with RMB 283 million of the total tax and profits payment and USD 125 million of export sales. By strongly supporting local farmers to develop livestock and poultry breeding base and large-scale cultivation base， millions of farmers benefiting to get rich. The capital (RMB 5.3 billion) spent in the rural area helped to increase farmer’s income near to RMB 600 million in 2010.
